Cutting Edge Therapies to Relieve Your Pain

Spinal Cord Stimulation

Do you suffer from severe chronic neck pain or low back pain? You may be a candidate for Spinal Cord Stimulation. This therapy alters pain signals before they reach the brain. A simple outpatient procedure gives you a chance to experience this therapy before committing to it. Spinal Cord Stimulation has helped countless individuals who suffer from Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, neuropathic pain, failed back surgeries, chronic neck, low back, and joint pain.

Regenerative Medicine

Regenerative medicine helps to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes and restore damaged tissue. This novel therapy involves the regrowth, repair and replacement of injured tissue and cells by stimulating the body’s own healing mechanisms. Some examples of regenerative medicine include cell-derived regenerative growth factors and platelet-rich plasma. It can help soft tissue injuries like rotator cuff tears or chronic conditions like tendonitis, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, arthritis, radiculopathy, herniated discs, and much more.

Epidural
Injections

Epidural injections are a targeted approach to delivering pain medicine close to compressed or “pinched” nerves. Ultimately reducing inflammation at the site and alleviating your radicular and sciatic pain. A series of three or fewer injections can help reduce your dependence on pain medications and improve your overall functional capacity.

Radiofrequency Ablation

Pain is perceived through specific nerves. By targeting these nerves with the right technique, you can reduce or eliminate many different types of pain. Knee pain, shoulder pain, chronic neck pain, and low back pain can all be treated with radiofrequency ablation. The aim of radiofrequency ablation is to reduce pain, improve motion and mobility, decrease reliance on pain medications, and avoid or delay surgery.

TESTIMONIALS

I've been living in constant pain for over five years, and after seeing many specialists for my chronic arthritic condition, I finally found my way to Dr. Saifullah. Upon my evaluation, it was then that I knew I had found the doctor that could help me with my pain. Dr. Saifullah and his staff are amazing, caring and understanding. What a relief it's been to have them by my side, giving me the attention needed to help me with my pain. To date, I've had one procedure, and the relief provided has been a huge release of stress and pain from my body.

I had low back pain when I first visited Dr. Saifullah. I had convinced myself that I would just have to live with the pain for the rest of my life. Fortunately, I was paired with Dr. Saifullah. After three epidurals and a lot of physical therapy, I now have no low back pain. I know that I haven't changed my anatomy, but I do have a roadmap to control my pain and allow me to stay active.

Dr. Saifullah is skilled in many areas....... but I think his best quality is empathy! Also, it’s worth mentioning that his staff is always sincere and kind to me, regardless if I’m having a bad day (sorry girls!!). This is what truly sets his practice apart. In my experience, Dr. Saifullah is always upbeat, listens carefully, and provides a comfortable environment to express concerns. I am so grateful to have found him.
